Student photographers are available to shoot on campus events, anything off campus requires a professional photographer (if you need assistance finding a professional photographer please let us know). Please put in a request ticket with the date, time, location and brief description of the event to our KACE ticketing system. We will do our best to have a student photographer available, but there may be times when we cannot fulfill the request.
Event Support: I need a writer to cover an event that is coming up.
You can put in a request in the ticketing system here. Please provide a description of the event, date, time, location and any speaker background. You will then be contacted by one of us if there is someone available to cover the event.
You should submit a request ticket at least 4 weeks in advance and we will be in touch about creating a brief for the use and styling of the video. You will need a have a budget set for the production and editing expense of this video.
Event Support: I would like photos taken and an article written about a guest speaker.
You would need to put in a ticket with your information, what you would like posted, the dates and on which networks. Isenberg actively uses Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. We will then be in touch to confirm the details.
Event Support: I would like to run a slide on the plasma screens.
Please submit an event form with the information required. You can use a template to provide your own slide, or we can create one for you. Keep in mind there is a 24 hour turn around on plasma slides, if you have a same day request please change the Urgency of the ticket to High.

Please note that requests for mass email support should be put in at least 4 weeks before you need the email sent, more if your email requires a complicated design or you need help with creating the email’s content.
